Privacy Policy

The privacy and security of the Users of the Portal www.yeabunny.com is one of our top priorities. It is important to us that our Customers feel that they can truly depend on us. Therefore, we are fully aware of the welfare of our Customers and observe that the data and information entrusted are processed in accordance with their intended use and protected from misuse whenever the User makes use of the Portal and/or its available services. This security additionally concerns other information that is transferred by the User while using the Portal or obtained by the Service Provider differently from the User while they make use of the services provided by the website.

1. Personal information

1.1 Using the Portal. The content of the Portal can be browsed without registration.

1.2 Placing an order. While placing an order personal data should be entered in accordance with the content of the completed boxes including contact data and e-mail address.

1.3 Usage information. While using the Portal, the Administrator can register such information as: a) Information on web surfing within the website; b) Information on the User’s browsing activities concerning products; c) Information on all elements to be clicked by the User; d) Information on external sites the User has entered the website from; e) Information on the external sites that the User has been redirected to the website; f) Information on grades the User has given to the website; g) Information on the IP number from which the User has entered the website and/or logged in; h) Information on products the User has purchased.

1.4 Cookies are IT data, particularly text files that are stored on the User’s terminal device. Cookies typically contain the name of the website they come from, the time of being stored on the User’s terminal device and a unique number.

Cookies applied by the Administrator are safe for the User’s device. Consequently, it becomes impossible to infect the User’s device with viruses and/or unwanted or malicious software. Data included in cookies are additionally not associated with the individual persons that use the website, but only with the device which a cookie has been set on. It is important to note that cookies do not allow downloading any type of personal data or any other sensitive information from the User’s device for that matter. More information on cookies and how they work can be found in the section “Help” in the menu of the browser.

The Administrator applies two types of cookies: – session cookies – these are temporary files stored in the memory of a browser until the session is over, that is to the moment of closing a browser. The data is permanently deleted from the device’s memory. – persistent cookies – these are files that are stored on the User’s device for the time specified in the settings for cookies or until they are removed by the User. The end of the browsing session or disabling devices does not delete them from the User’s device.

Cookies are used for the following purposes: a) adjusting the content of websites to the User’s preferences and optimizing the use of websites; b) recognizing the User’s device and properly displaying the website, tailored to their individual needs; c) remembering the settings selected by the User and personalizing the User’s interface, e.g. in terms of the selected sorting method or displaying content available on the Portal; d) tracking the User’s activity, including – in particular – to obtain information referred to in point 1.3. of this Policy; e) creating anonymous, aggregated statistics that help to understand how the Portal’s Users use websites, which allow improving their structure and content, excluding the User’s personal identification; f) maintaining the Portal’s User’s session, due to which the User does not have to re-enter products in the Basket during subsequent visits; g) configuring correctly selected Portal functions, enabling in particular verification of the authenticity of the browser session; h) adjusting the content to the User’s preferences and habits, in particular presenting the

Portal’s User with an advertisement of their interest or self-promotional information of the Portal. The Portal uses the following types of cookies: a) “necessary” cookies, enabling the use of services available on the Portal, e.g. authentication cookies used for services that require authentication on the Portal; b) cookies used to ensure security, e.g. used to detect fraud in the field of authentication on the Portal; c) “performance” cookies, enabling the collection of information on how to use the Portal’s websites; d) “functional” cookies, enabling “remembering” the settings selected by the User and personalizing the User’s interface, e.g. in terms of the language or region of the User’s origin, font size, website appearance, etc.; e) “advertising” cookies, enabling users to provide advertising content more tailored to their interests.

The Portal’s Administrator allows other entities to use the cookie mechanism on www.yeabunny.com websites. By using the Portal, the User may receive cookies from third parties cooperating with the Administrator, such as research companies and providers of multimedia applications, e.g. Facebook, Google, as well as from companies implementing advertising campaigns on the Portal on behalf of advertisers. More information on these cookies can be found on the websites of individual third parties.

In many cases, the software used for browsing websites (web browser) by default allows the storage of cookies on the User’s terminal device. Users of the Portal can change cookie settings at any time. These settings can be changed in particular in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the web browser settings or to inform about them every time they are placed on the Portal in the User’s device. Detailed information about the possibilities and ways of handling cookies is available in the software (web browser) settings. The User may also delete cookies from their device at any time using the functions available in the web browser they use. The administrator of the Portal informs that restrictions on the use of cookies may affect some of the functionalities available on the Portal’s websites.

1.5. Profiling Information referred to in points 1.3. and 1.4. can be used for profiling – both by the Administrator and its Marketing Partners, while respecting the right to object allowing the User to set individual privacy settings using the web browser option.

1.6. Monitoring of mailing. In order to ensure the right quality of service, the Administrator may place a tag (also sometimes referred to as a web beacon) in HTML e-mail messages of the customer service department or other messages sent (including the newsletter and advertising mailing) to confirm their delivery.

1.7. Mailing – appropriate use. For messages sent by e-mail, which are sent in html format, referred to in the previous point (1.6.) apply the provisions in 1.3.-1.4 accordingly and 1.5. of this Policy (in particular, the User’s actions as part of an e-mail, e.g. clicking on active elements of this message, e.g. links).

1.8. Personal data is processed for marketing purposes only with the prior consent of the client.

1.9. If one submits personal information to the Portal, it may be used to maintain, share and improve the Portal.

1.10. The administrator uses the e-mail address and other personal information of Users to send commercial and advertising messages only with the prior consent of the User.

1.11. The administrator also uses cookies, web beacons and log information to (in particular): a) save information so that one does not have to enter it again the next time they visit the Portal, b) provide the User with custom and personalized content and information; c) monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns; d) monitor aggregate measurements, e.g. total number of visitors and pages viewed.

2. User selection of privacy settings

2.1. By providing an email address for the needs of the Newsletter, the User may at any time update, delete or correct information regarding his email address.

2.2. The User may decide on the scope of notifications which they will get from the Portal to their e-mail address. It concerns notifications regarding the Newsletter.

2.3. The User may refuse to provide personal information to the Portal. In such a situation, they may still have access to content and browse the Portal’s website, but the provision of some services may not be possible (e.g. they may not place an order or subscribe to the Newsletter).

3. Advertisements on the Portal

3.1. The purpose of the Portal is also to provide relevant and useful advertisements. To achieve this, cookies are used, including advertising systems of other companies (Marketing Partners).

3.2. Various information may be used to display relevant advertisements, including cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, usage statistics, and other non-personal information about one’s computer or device (such as browser type and operating system).

3.3. The Administrator or their Marketing Partners use cookies on the Portal to help advertisers and publishers display and manage advertisements on the Portal and other partner sites.

3.4. Advertisements may be displayed based on interests related to online activity information that does not personally identify one. Such information includes, but is not limited to, data about the content displayed (including the profiling referred to in section 1.5 of this Policy).

3.5. Advertisements may also be displayed based on the User’s previous activity on the advertiser’s website or on other external websites. This information, based on which the User cannot be identified, is stored separately from the User’s data and other information held by the Administrator that allows identification (i.e. personal data).

3.6. Other advertising companies (Marketing Partners) may display advertisements on the Portal, provided that they meet the Administrator’s requirements regarding the display of advertisements (however, at the declarative level only). The administrator does not provide servers or networks of these companies with any personal data without the consent of the User. For more information on the practices used by these servers and networks, and for instructions on how to withdraw one’s consent, please refer to their privacy policies. The Portal’s Privacy Policy does not apply in this case. The administrator cannot control the activities of other advertisers or websites. All data obtained by third-party advertising servers and made available to the Portal are processed in accordance with this privacy policy.

4. More information

4.1. The administrator of personal data within the meaning of the Act of 10.05.2018 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws No. 133 item 883 – as amended) and the provisions of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC is YEABUNNY SPÓŁKA WITH A LIMITED LIABILITY, ul. 4.2. The administrator complies with the Polish rules for the safe storage of personal data. In case of doubt, please contact the Administrator.
